Welcome to our wonderful newly built luxury self catering villa in Jard sur Mer. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard with a wonderful light and spacious beach house feel.
Jard sur Mer is perfectly situated on the Vendée coast. With great access to a huge variety of beaches and activities, we fell in love with the area the moment we visited. This led us to building our dream house, so you can fall in love with the area too.
The local Boisvinet beach is only 1.5k away and is easily walkable though the forest. It is part of an extraordinary 8km expanse of golden beaches.
Our brand new private heated pool and patio area make the garden an oasis to relax in and enjoy the tranquility of the adjoining Ragnette national forest.
Jard sur Mer town is just a 10 minute stroll. Jard is an attractive and bustling port town containing tourist shops, bars, cafes, boulangeries, restaurants and markets.
Further afield, but within day trip distance, there are a huge number of tourist attractions to keep your family entertained, should you wish to take a rest from the beach and pool.

- Cancellation Policy:
- up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: no additional charge. Non-refundable Booking Deposit of £250 applies.
- 4-8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% refund of the total rent.
- 2-4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 25% refund of the total rent.
- less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: no refund
Covid 19 Update
Notwithstanding the foregoing:
If the rental cannot take place, due to a government lock down covering the area of The Property or the address of The Client on the date of travel or a government mandated prohibition of international travel, then any payments shall be 100% refunded.
If the rental is inconvenient due to the need to quarantine either at The Property or on return home, then the rental may be transfer to a future date, subject to availability and the balance of rental costs being owed or refunded.
