The kitchen come fully equipped. Induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher & fridge freezer.

All crockery, cutlery & glassware is supplied. As are saucepans, ovenware, & utensils.  

• Cancellation Policy: 
• up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: no additional charge. Non-refundable Booking Deposit of £250 applies. 
• 4-8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% refund of the total rent.
• 2-4 weeks before the start of the rental period:  25% refund of the total rent.
• less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: no refund

Covid 19 Update 

Notwithstanding the foregoing: 

If the rental cannot take place, due to a government lock down covering the area of The Property or the address of The Client on the date of travel or a government mandated prohibition of international travel, then any payments shall be 100% refunded. 

If the rental is inconvenient due to the need to quarantine either at The Property or on return home, then the rental may be transfer to a future date, subject to availability and the balance of rental costs being owed or refunded.

If the rental cannot take

You may use a domestic socket for emergencies only 

We offer a Sunday changeover and you are welcome to arrive between 4:00pm and 7.00pm

Please ensure you leave by 10am, so the cleaning team can perform the essential sanitisation
